Introducing the Elle TENS+ Machine (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation).
What is a TENS Machine? The TENS machine is a portable device designed to ease labour pain. By sending electrical pulses through self-adhesive pads, it creates a tingling sensation that helps manage contractions. The Elle TENS+ is tailored for use during labour, birth, and postpartum recovery.

The TENS machine delivers low-voltage electrical pulses that block pain signals from reaching the brain, providing natural pain relief during contractions. You’ll feel a gentle tingling sensation from the electrode pads.

The Birth Sling by Dr. Jess Michaels is an incredible tool that can be used during pregnancy, labour, and birth. It puts a modern spin on an ancient practice, allowing support for upright and active labour while reducing the need for unwanted interventions. Super easy to set up, you can use it however you like—pull on it, let it support your weight as you sway, or hold you as you squat.
